Brandon's Berlyn is giving away a 2020 Bentley Flying Spur to help raise awareness of suicide prevention and bridge the gap in mental health & substance use treatment for the underserved middle-class population.
Sponsor: This raffle is conducted by Brandon’s Berlyn, Inc., a nonprofit organization organized under the laws of the State of Florida and exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor is located at 10213 Wilsky Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33625. The Sponsor was organized on September 11, 2024, to bridge the gap in mental health and substance abuse treatment for the underserved, middle-class population (the “Charitable Purpose”). The Sponsor’s goal is to provide accessible and affordable services tailored to the target population’s unique needs and to ensure that their financial constraints do not hinder their path to recovery. The Sponsor forms strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, advocates for policy change, and creates community outreach programs. It seeks to empower individuals to access the support they need to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older to purchase raffle tickets. Affiliates of the Sponsor, their immediate family members, and volunteers managing the raffle are eligible to participate, provided they purchase tickets under the same terms as the public. Tickets may not be purchased by or on behalf of individuals under 18 years of age.
Purpose: All proceeds, after the cost of the prize and reasonable expenses, will be used to provide brain mapping services to individuals with depression and other mental health disorders followed by recommended treatment based on the Company’s brain mapping technology. The Company will also help fund individual and group therapy/counseling sessions in accordance with Wyoming law, requiring at least 75% of net profits to be donated to a bona fide charitable or benevolent purpose within one (1) year.
Ticket Purchase:
Tickets are priced at $100.00 each. No more than 4,500 tickets will be sold.
Tickets may be purchased in person at 10213 Wilsky Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33625, by mail to 10213 Wilsky Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33625, or online at www.getabentley.com.
Payment may be made by cash, check, debit, or credit card. No free tickets or gift tickets are permitted.
Each ticket must include the ticket holder’s name, mailing address, phone number, and email address (if applicable). Only one name may be associated with each ticket purchase.
Drawing:
The raffle drawing will take place on November 6, 2026, at 11:30 (Mountain Time) via the Sponsor’s online platform at www.getabentley.com.
The drawing is open to the public, and winners need not be present to win.
The winner will be selected randomly using random number generator software.
The winning ticket number will be posted on the Sponsor’s online platform at www.getabentley.com within 24 hours of the drawing and will remain posted for 30 days. Ticket holders can verify the winning ticket number by phone at (813) 399-0538.
Prizes:
The sole prize of this raffle is a 2020 Bentley Flying Spur,
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The winner will be solely responsible for any applicable federal or state taxes, except sales tax, which is the responsibility of the Sponsor.
Winner Notification:
The winner will be contacted by the Sponsor via phone and email using the contact information provided on the ticket entry form.
Two forms of identification, including one photo ID, will be required to claim the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within ninety (90) days, an alternate winner will be selected.
Free Entry Option:
A free entry option is available by mailing a handwritten request to 10213 Wilsky Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33625 with a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Compliance with Wyoming Law:
Wyoming Statutes § 6-7-101(H) states that raffles conducted for charitable purposes are exempt from Wyoming’s illegal gambling laws. Additionally, on February 13, 2025, the Sponsor sent an e-mail to the Wyoming Gaming Commission, setting forth all material facts related to the raffle and requesting guidance on complying with Wyoming law. No response was forthcoming. Based on the foregoing provision of Wyoming law and its correspondence with the Wyoming Gaming Commission, the Sponsor has elected to conduct this raffle and has committed to:
Deploying at least 75% of net profits to support the Charitable Purpose within one year of the raffle prize award; and
Maintaining records of ticket sales, expenses, and the prize award for one year and voluntarily making such records available for inspection by the relevant state, county and municipal officials.
Additional Terms:
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the raffle at any time, in which case participants will be refunded the ticket price.
This raffle is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these official rules and the use of their name, city/state, and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation, if requested by the Sponsor.
Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions, per IRS regulations.
